TGA Subcool rules having info on most of the strains an stories behind some is key to anyone wanting to breed with TGA Genetics gear. Not a great read but some very good info and awesome pics. Subcool has high standards so picking a TGA strain is almost full proof packs of 5 usually give me 5 great phenos and very very very high female to male ratio, also I've never had a bad plant out of 55 beans 100% (55 of 55) even some I had stored at room temp for 17 months were fresh as new. Other breeders I can't say the same about so I highly recommend this book for sativa Dom hybrids and some 50/50 hybrids. The Vortex, cheese quake , chernybol, qrazy Train, Time Wreck, Brian Berry cough(new), jacks cleaner BX , ace of spades, Jillybean , space queen or Jill , Jack the Ripper , ripped Bubba, plush berry , querkle, space dawg and Conspiracy kush or Jesus OG all rate 8-10 months a 1/10 scale overall and biggest knock or only one is yields. The great ones never yield they produce medication (THC, CBD, CBN etc..) good medication garaunteed depression gone and more.
Interesting read. I learned a little about the breeding process and specifically how subcool does his breeding. Doesn't seem like rocket science. What I like is he breeds in less than ideal conditions to breed tougher genetics than other breeders who "dial" everything in perfectly. I would trust his seeds over others based on his breeding techniques. If your interested in cannabis I recommend this easy short read into some strains of subcool. Cheers!
Great book with some old school strains. Gives subs journal on the strain and the information on it. There's about 50-60 strains he features on there and a lot are legit and many agree. It's not a horrible book someone who says that just didn't get what they were looking for.
For this type of farming it's difficult to find genetics that are dependable and top-quality. Look no further than DANK.I originally bought DANK, a couple years ago. I was sort of bummed that all the strains weren't listed in the original book. So it was sweet to find DANK 2.0 had the new ones (Qleaner) listed.As with the original, the pictures are excellent and the writing is just as well done. This is a guy, and I speak with knowledge on the subject, who knows of what he speaks/writes. His strains (many available) are some of the best genetics I've found.I only want to know what to do with my old DANK. And will there be a dank 3? All of a sudden I'm anxious.
Very interesting with great pictures and many in-depth discussions on different varieties and their ups and downs as well as the type of environment and quirks they like. However, in the paperback version (that was printed in China of course) multiple pages are missing that cut off right at the good parts you would love to read more than likely lost because the text is broken between by multiple pictures which should just probably be better off left either at the end of the writing of each strain or just right at the beginning with the strain name or something. Other than that a right interesting book
What can I say about this book,its fantastic,the photographs are amazing and strikingly stunning. I bought this book because Subcool and the rest of the avengers are doing many great things in the lines of genetics. More importantly they help raise money for kids with autism,I find that to be so generous. This book is a great read,visually appealing to the eyes and sure to remain a nostalgic book in my collection for many years. I will purchase the 1st book once the price goes down. It is a very sought after book and the prices are skyrocketing.
I loved reading the history of TGA strains. It was interesting getting an insight into choice selections as well as those that don't make the cut and why. I love these kinds of books!Oh and the pictures are amazing too!
