I have worked for four different sports organizations and when it comes down to it, most of them don't really care about their fans. Then when I found out that Jesse had a book, this book, and I immediately bought it. Two days later I had already finished the book and started using the lessons I had learned. This book will teach you how to understand what you are passionate about and how to be the absolute best you. He teaches us that normality is overrated and that being different stands out. Finally, he teaches us my favorite lesson, that ATTENTION BEATS MARKETING EVERY SINGLE TIME!Thank you for writing this book, and constantly motivating people to be better than they could ever imagine!!

I was scrolling around online one day and stumbled across a viral video online about the Savannah Bananas, a small market independent league baseball team in a small country town. Having taken over management for a flailing baseball team, Jesse turned things around by being different. Not satisfied with good, Jesse then invested everything he had by taking on the risk of starting a new baseball franchise, and he succeeded in making it big.
